Janice german and Jessica sanford

Janice opened the doors of Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc. in 1982.  She is a Nebraska registered abstracter and licensed title agent.  Janice was awarded Title Person of the Year by the Nebraska Land Title Association in 2013.  She has served as president of the Association, as well as committed her time and energy to community efforts around Chadron.  Contact Janice by emailing Janice@dawescountyabstract.com.

Jessica Sanford, Janice's daughter-in-law, became co-owner of Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc. in 2015.  She is a licensed title agent and a registered abstracter.  Jessica serves on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Land Title Association and several other community organizations in Chadron.  Contact Jessica by emailing Jessica@dawescountyabstract.com.

Jenny Borie and Alaynah Hyberg

Stephanie Sayaloune and Cheryl Ginkens

Stephanie became part of the DCAT team while still in her college years.  Helping out around the office part-time, she learned the ins and outs of the business, and came on as a full time, permanent employee in 1999. Contact Stephanie by emailing Stephanie@dawescountyabstract.com.

Cheryl has been a Nebraska registered abstracter since 1985 and works closely with Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc.  She searches the records in Dawes, Sheridan, and Sioux County, Nebraska.  Contact Cheryl by emailing Office@dawescountyabstract.com.
